Buth-Na-Bodhaige, Inc. d/b/a The Body Shop respects your privacy and this policy describes our practices in relation to your personal data.
Who does this policy apply to?
In this Policy, “we”, “us”, “our” and “The Body Shop” refers to The Body Shop; and “you” or “your” refer to you, a consultant for The Body Shop at Home.

We collect personal data from you at the time of your application to be a consultant and during the time you are a consultant for The Body Shop at Home, in order for us to manage our business and to receive and fulfill orders placed by you. We may also disclose your Consultant Data to third parties and federal, state and local regulatory agencies.
How long will The Body Shop keep Consultant Data about me?
We will only keep your Consultant Data for as long as necessary to administer the relationship with you and as required by our business policies and by law.
Non Personally-Identifiable Data
We may collect various types of information from you that do not identify you personally (the “Non-Personally Identifiable Information”).
